I created a user-focused coffee machine website for first-time buyers, integrating an intuitive UI for detailed product features, specifications, and comparison tools. The UX is enhanced with post-purchase support through accessible guides and installation videos, ensuring a seamless and informed user experience.

Three first-time coffee machine buyers, aged 20 to 40 were interviewed. The interviews provided insights into the unique challenges and needs they experience when purchasing tech-focused appliances.
